COMO Metropolitan Bangkok

Great hotel with exceptionally helpful and kind staff! We had a wonderful stay and a great start to our trip. We were celebrating our anniversary, so the staff set up a little welcome card, sparkling wine, and chocolates which was a very nice touch. The staff also helped us arrange transportation and provided change, which was very helpful. The facilities were clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The spa has bonus facilities (eg pool, steam room) available to guests, and the bath products used in the spa and guest rooms smell wonderful. The breakfast offered through the onsite restaurant was delicious. It was in fact the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel! The value for this hotel is exceptional, especially compared to comparable hotels in North America. I highly recommend.

Generous room space, huge bathroom facilities, spotless venue in immaculate shape. Above all, the COMO Metropolitan sets the benchmark for exceptional, professional service. From Ryu at front desk to Sam and Bobo at the (delicious) breakfast (and everyone else whose names I didn’t manage to collect), every staff member I met with was warm, attentive, unassumingly modest, respectful and polite. Thank you to all and see you one day again i hope in the near future.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! the staff and room as well, very spacious and a gorgeous bathroom with very nice smelling soaps, extremely clean and very comfortable beds. The location was perfect, right in the centre and next to the Banyan Tree hotel where Vertigo is, a rooftop bar where you can watch the sunset over BK

Best stay I've ever had. Luxury hotel experience that doesn't break the bank. Usually these things are too good to be true but in this case it genuinely is the real deal. Amazing staff and service, they can't do enough for you. So kind and helpful in every way. The hotel itself is incredible. Very high end. Amazing restaurant with michelin star food. And the rooms are so spacious with great amenities. If I'm ever in bangkok again, I'm booking here without hesitation. Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

An oasis of calm in a busy city. The staff are very helpful and attentive, and the facilities excellent. Please note that, at the time we stayed in January 2023, there was no bar - we understand they are refurbishing it. However, you can get drinks at the pool (and in the starred Michelin restaurant on site, which we didn't visit). The swimming pool is large, and it was always possible to find a lounger - although there aren't many of them, the pool staff ensure that there is no "bagging" of loungers by guests leaving books/towels.
